Counseling and Mental Health Support

Mitchell Community College is committed to supporting the mental health and well-being of our students. Through our partnership with MYgroup, students have access to free, confidential counseling and support services designed to help them navigate personal, emotional, and academic challenges.
Professional counselors are available to assist with:
  • Stress and anxiety
  • Depression and emotional well-being
  • Relationship and family concerns
  • Grief and loss
  • Academic and personal challenges
  • Crisis intervention and support
  • Life transitions and adjustment issues
  • Substance use concerns
Services are confidential and available to Mitchell Community College students at no cost.

Services provided through MYgroup are confidential. Information shared with counselors and support professionals is not shared with Mitchell Community College except as required by law or in situations involving immediate safety concerns.
