Tim’s own journey of growth began at Mitchell Community College, where he laid the essential foundation for his subsequent academic and professional achievements. Graduating in 1982 with a degree in accounting, he further honed his skills at Gardner-Webb University, earning a degree in Business Administration, and later an MBA from UNC Charlotte. This robust education equipped him with the expertise and leadership acumen necessary to excel in his diverse roles within Iredell County.
