Mitchell provides two ways to connect you with professional support staff to help you navigate emotional and mental needs while in college. Most students use at least one service during their time at Mitchell. The College provides an in-person and phone option because we realize each student is different and unique.

If you want to talk to a professional on the phone, Mitchell provides this free confidential support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. Simply call (800) 633 – 3353 and speak with a professional. The service is also open to family members. Services include mental health counseling, crisis intervention, legal support services, financial literacy, marital services and child care support.
