Emergency Telecommunicators are personnel responsible for receiving and transmitting a request for public safety assistance through 911 Centers. In-Service training is designed for currently employed emergency telecommunicators. Continuing Education courses are designed for employed telecommunicators AND those seeking employment in the profession.
