As of July 1, 2014, Mitchell Community College will begin using NEOGOV, a new applicant tracking software system, which improves the application process for job seekers and hiring departments. The benefits for those seeking employment will be the ability to apply on-line to a number of positions, along with a new feature—job cards—allowing an applicant to express interest in areas to receive notification of future employment opportunities. Applicant accounts are secure and confidential. Hiring departments will be better able to post and search for qualified candidates.
NEOGOV is a complete new system, which will provide more features for the College, along with saving time and money. If you previously applied for a position with us, a new account will have to be created using NEOGOV. Please note: Paper applications will no longer be accepted for any position.
