Meet the Team

Molly Nicholson, Executive Director for Advancement & College Relations |

Molly is a 2012 graduate of Mitchell Community College and an alumna of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she earned a degree in organizational communication. She is currently completing a Masters at Appalachian State University. Molly is an Iredell County native and was the 2018 R.D. Grier Excellence in Education Award winner for support staff. |

Donna lives in Hickory with her husband and cat. She has two children – Laura, 5th grade Science teacher at Startown Elementary, and Alex, a firefighter for Charlotte FD. Donna has two grandsons, one granddaughter, and a set of twins on the way! She is a graduate of Lenoir-Rhyne College, Bachelor of Arts Accounting. |
