The SGA serves as the official liaison between the students and staff of Mitchell Community College.
Its mission is "to make campus life more enjoyable by encouraging students to have a voice and to become involved in worthwhile campus activities." —adopted by the 2000-2001 SGA.
The SGA hosts numerous events and activities during the year. Some events that the SGA sponsors are:
Dancing with the President
Peanut Butter Day
Luminaries on the Circle
Pool and Ping Pong Tournaments
The SGA student office is located on the first floor of the Montgomery Student Center and is open for questions or comments. The Student Activities Office is on the second floor of the Montgomery Student Union and can be reached at (704)978-5426. Both offices are open for questions or comments.
