Thirty-two members of Mitchell Community College faculty and staff were recognized for their service to the college. Vicki Caldwell, director of library services was recognized for 30 years of service.
Sherry Clarke, basic skills and compensatory education coordinator; Gary Johnson, executive director of facilities; Gordon Knight, director of public services and BLET were recognized for 20 years of service. Rachel Knox, financial aid specialist; Mary Marks, medical assisting program coordinator; and Sandy Wallace, admissions technician were recognized for 15 years of service.
Jodee Fulton, director of human resources; Patty Greene, nursing instructor; Kristen Morgan, payroll assistant; and Cheryl Sells, administrative assistant were recognized for 10 years of service.
Tonya Benge, accounts receivable specialist; Sharon Ellis, external programs specialist; Kendra Hedrick, gift accounts specialist; David Heinmiller, security director; Brett Fansler, Mooresville Center dean; Shawn Fraver, computer drafting instructor; Philip Holleran, business instructor; Janice Johnson, administrative assistant; Phillisa Jones, cosmetology coordinator/instructor; Lamont Kinney, facilities technician; Chad Lackey, grounds supervisor; Sally Lindsay, esthetics instructor; David Moss, English instructor; Kirby Moore, director of admissions/registrar; William Petree, communications instructor; Nadine Pruitt, nursing instructor; Tracy Rapp, assistant financial aid director; Libby Richardson, counselor; Katha Stewart, administrative assistant; Ronna Stroud, Web technologies coordinator/instructor; and Sharon Watkins, accounts receivable specialist were recognized for five years of service.
