The Office of Quality Assurance and Institutional Effectiveness
provides leadership for the institutional effectiveness and
continuous improvement activities of the college. Responsibilities
include institutional research, facilitation of the college's
planning and evaluation processes, and preparation of plans
and reports related to institutional effectiveness. Responsibilities
include:

Coordinating the planning and evaluation process for the
development of the Institutional Effectiveness Plan

Compiling and publishing the Institutional Effectiveness
Plan and Report

Publish Program Reviews

Develop outcomes assessment process

Compiling and publishing the MCC Fact Book
-
Assisting with the student evaluation of instruction and
preparing reports of results for curriculum directors

Conducting institutional research activities related
to student achievement

Designing and administering student, faculty, and
staff surveys for evaluation of college services
-
Coordinating submission of federal and state reports.
