Placement Testing Preparation

MCC uses Accuplacer as our official placement test. Accuplacer is a computerized, non-timed test covering Sentence Skills, Reading, Arithmetic, and Elementary Algebra. Students who familiarize themselves with the test generally perform better than those who don't. You can click on the link below to practice for the test. This practice includes WritePlacer and a sample topic for Writeplacer. Skip this section because MCC does not use this portion of the test. Answers for all sections are given at the end of the study guide.
