The MCCEE is governed by an Executive Committee and Board. The Executive Committee, which meets monthly, oversees the operation of the MCCEE and makes recommendations to the full Board which meets two times a year. Endowment Board members are nominated by the Executive Committee and are elected by the Board for a two-year term.
Endowment Board members serve on board development, investment, and special events committees that meet throughout the year.
