English as a Second Language (ESL) offers classes in the practical application of reading, writing, and speaking English.

English as a Second Language also provides a computer lab with exceptional English language learning software. Individual assistance and tutoring are available. We now have the #1 language-learning software program "Rosetta Stone" for student use.

English for All (EFA) and ELLIS are distance-learning programs designed for people with a desire to learn English, but cannot attend a formal class. Internet access from home is required for EFA and ELLIS. Registration is in CEC – 27 M-Th Aug. 16 – Dec. 13
