When
did the Mitchell College Alumni Association Start?
The name "Mitchell College Alumni Association" was officially adopted
in 1917. Records dated as early as 1902 show that an alumni
association existed during the years when the College was known
as Statesville Female
College.
How
many alumni are members?
There are 6,300 alumni on the current mailing list. The
earliest classes on the list are the 1920s.
How
can I find out alumni news?
Beginning with the debut in March 1999 of The Circle magazine,
alumni news will be mailed free of charge at least
semi-annually to all alumni whose current addresses are on file.If your address
isn't
up-to-date in our
records, just e-mail us at wivey@mitchellcc.edu with
the correct information to receive The Circle.

What
are the membership dues?
Dues are $15.00 annually
(due May 1). The dues are used to fund the Alumni Scholarship at MCC.
When
is the reunion?
An annual reunion for alumni from all class years and programs is held
on campus the first Saturday in May.
